Ever since Grant has been working at Le Chef, we have been extremely impressed with his professionalism and the attention to detail he gives to every plate that leaves the kitchen. He is a great individual, always eager to help and is not afraid of the crazy challenges Edouard has been feeding him such as cooking for one big table in Upper Vulcan Lane for more than 120 people. The Le Chef team is Grant’s number one fan, especially when it comes to food. He is never letting our expectations down. All of his dishes are a treat for our taste buds, and takes us– even for just a minute, back to our homeland, France.
His philosophy “my food is about perfection – flavour, appearance, texture”
His motto “savour, service, simplicity”
His attitude “trust, responsibility, innovation, professionalism, transparency”
